At the heart of it all, Scott cares about people and creating positive, personalized experiences that serve who he works with.  Sales training and motivational/inspirational activities, coaching and speaking, encompassing individual and Team peak performance have been the focus for the last 2 decades of Scott's life.  
Scott joined Harvey Kalles Real Estate in 2020 as the Marketing and Communications Director for one of HK’s top teams and into its Best Year Ever.  As a licensed Realtor, he continues to focus on serving people asking the most important question, “How can I help”.  Integrity, honesty, collaboration and relationships are his core values.
Scott’s passion for real estate comes from his passion for people.
Through his contributions, he has been recognized and rewarded for supporting the growth of others and creating results, including being one of five finalists for Man of the Year and the #1 Leader in Action in Canada with his previous company and top Team builder in North America in his organization in 2018. Previous to this, Scott built a globally based business and he was recognized as #3 out of 5000 Executives in Team building in North America.  
Prior to his return to Canada, Scott was a founding partner and Vice President of True North Hospitality. He began as an equity partner to spearhead conceptual development and identify new business opportunities for the group, including a lease in the N.H.L.’s newest arena, home of the Columbus Blue Jackets' pristine new property.  Subsequently, Scott completed a start to finish process of design, build-out and the comprehensive opening of the 17,000 square foot, multi-concept restaurant facility.
Scott made the transition to True North from S.I.R. Corp., one of Canada’s top restaurant groups with sales in excess of $70 million annually.  Prior to his time with S.I.R. Corp., Scott was a significant part of the core Team of Canada’s foremost fine dining restaurant group and Oliver Bonacini's opening management Team at Canoe;  one of Toronto’s continuously recognized dining establishments (ranked #1 in Canada by Gourmet Magazine in a North American Survey, #1 Toronto Life 2010).    
A graduate of Shirlaw's Business Program, he was a member of the Board of Directors for the Ohio Restaurant Association, a Triathlete and Toronto Marathon competitor, Scott was also an accomplished past world ranked (top 100) skier and certified as a member of the CSCF and CSIA.
As well, coaching Special Olympians with the Georgian Peaks Thunder has been a passion and life changing experience over the last 9 years.
